Do Virgin US Islanders need visa to visit Vietnam ?

A passport with 6 month left
1 blank page in the passport
An email address to receive the approval letter

NOTE: Visas issues by Vietnam Immigration Department only enable for air travelers. It means, if you travel by sea or road transport you cannot be accepted at the border.
