I am Cayman Islanders hold Cayman passport (British passport) and I would like to know we I need to apply for Vietnam visa or not ?

How to get Vietnam visa in Cayman Islands?
To get a Vietnam visa, there are 2 ways for you to choose:
1. Apply for your Vietnam visa in a Vietnam Embassy / Consulate:
Since there is no Vietnam representative office in Cayman Islands at the present, you can check other countries to find the nearest Vietnam Embassy / Consulate to contact.
In case it is so inconvenient for you to come in person to a Vietnam embassy, applying for a Vietnam visa by post is recommended. However, please contact the embassy in advance to check whether you can obtain a Vietnam visa by post or not.
2. Apply for getting Vietnam visa on arrival at Vietnam international airports (in case you travel by air to Vietnam).
Cayman Islands passport holders need visa to visit Vietnam. Depends on your purpose to Vietnam you can apply for Vietnam tourist or business Evisas. Vietnam evisas ( or also called Vietnam visa online or visa on arrival) are issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department. It is the second government organization which is authorized to giving visas in Vietnam.
Vietnam evisas contain Vietnam tourist evisa and Vietnam business evisa. Vietnam tourist evisa is normally issue for 1 or 3 months, business visa can be issued up to 6 months. Visa applicant can apply for single or multiple entries visa.
Vietnam tourist evisa is designed for people who want to travel or visit friends in Vietnam. It is designed for working and business purpose.
Applying with Immigration Department you need
– A valid passport with at least 6 months valid
– At least 1 blank page in the passport
– 2 passport photos size
– An email address
– Online payment tools (example: credit card like visa or master card, paypal) to pay for our service fees
– USA cash to pay for the visa fees at the airport
After filling in the online application form on this website and paying for a little service fees, you will receive an approval letter from immigration officers inform you whether or not will be granted a visa at Vietnam airport. Vietnam Immigration officer will give you visa on the day you will arrive. You do not need to go to the embassy for Vietnam visa as traditional way.
