The visa on arrival process consists of two parts:
A first part in which Mongolian people in Khovd must make an online application, make a payment to the visa application, and wait for visa approval, which will take an average of 3-5 days. For this first part, Mongolian people will need to have the passport ready to fill out the online form. Please note that the passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of entry into the country.

After finishing the visa online application process, Mongolian people will receive an email that included visa approval letter. Mongolian people must print and take this document with them for entry into Vietnam, along with the original passport, which must have at least two blank pages for the visa stamp.
