After arrival, Russian queue up at the Visa On Arrival counters at the airport in Vietnam and submit all documents to get visa stamped on passport. At this step, Russian need to pay the Vietnam Visa On Arrival fee ($25 for a single-entry visa; $50 for a multiple-entry visa).
