Specifically, Vietnamese government has issued a resolution on visa exemption for Belarusian. Belarusian passport holder will be unilaterally exempted from visas by Vietnam.
Belarusian are allowed to enter Vietnam without visa for staying less than 15 days, regardless of passport type and entry purpose. This policy is implemented from March 15, 2022 to March 14, 2025 and will be considered for extension in accordance with Vietnamese law.
The entry policies for Belarusian are simplified, and Belarusian do not need to be quarantined when coming to Vietnam, the visa application policy is restored to the way it was before the pandemic.
