Vietnamese government has agreed to gradually reopen international routes for foreign tourists to enter Vietnam for tourism purposes from November 2021. Phu Quoc (Kien Giang), Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa), Da Nang, Quang Nam and Quang Ninh will be piloted to welcome international tourists from November 2021.
Accordingly, flights from key markets such as Korea, Russia, Australia, China, Europe, etc. will be gradually reopened from November 2021. Flights will be operated by charter flights or international commercial flights, and gradually increase frequency through 2022.
International tourists can buy air tickets and register for a package tour from a Vietnamese travel agency, apply visa and enter Vietnam to travel. After entry, foreign tourists must quarantine for a full 7 days at a designated hotel, then can travel on their own or travel on a previously registered tour.
