Things to do after receiving visa approval letter for visa on arrival
Before flying to Vietnam
  • Make sure to have visa approval letter printed before your departure
  • Check the entire visa approval letter for any mistake (if any)
  • Print out the visa approval letter to show for airplane boarding & to show at landing visa counter to get visa
  • Send detailed air ticket to us via email if using on arrival support services

  • Submit the visa approval letter + passport + entry form with attached photo
