After you have been approved by local People’s committee and immigration department, you need to perform the following steps:
Step 1: Book the airline ticket
The flight must land at the airport mentioned in the visa application.
Step 2: Book quarantine services through our service
We provide the full quarantine service, including approval for isolation at the health ministry, 3-star, 4-star, 5-star hotels, 3 meals in the hotel, shuttle service, covid test during hotel stay.
Step 3. Apply for a medical certificate
The visitor must provide confirmation of SARS-CoV-2 testing by Realtime PCR technique within 3 to 5 days before entry date to Vietnam.
The SARS-CoV-2 test must be performed at government-approved laboratories or at the World Health Organization-accredited laboratory system with negative results.
Step 4. Clinical medical examination
After you land at the airport, the medical staff will conduct a clinical medical examination. If the test shows no sign of SARS-CoV-2 infection, you will continue through immigration procedures.
Step 5. Immigration procedures
Present the visa approval letter, entry permit, original passport and pay stamp fee of 25 USD to get Vietnam visa stamped into passport.
Step 6. Quarantine at the hotel
We will arrange the car at the airport to take you to the quarantine hotel. You must strictly comply with 15-day quarantine in accordance with the health department’s regulations at hotel isolation.
