Vietnam visa procedures changed a lot in Covid-19 pandemic period. The visa procedures are more complicated and require a lot of documents. In epidemic period, Covid-19 vaccination certificate is required when entering Vietnam. Depending on Covid situation, the Immigration Officers may require different documents at different period. However, in general, they need to prove that you are not infected with Coronavirus. The documents can be:
In case you have Covid-19 vaccine passport, you can apply Vietnam visa. However, please note that it’s not the only required documents to apply Vietnam visa. You need to contact the sponsor or visa agent in Vietnam to prepare full required documents to apply visa. Depending on the type of visa you want to apply (Vietnam tourist visa, business visa, visiting relative visa, etc.), the required materials will be different.
Note: Even you have vaccine passport and got visa approval, you can be quarantined at quarantine zone after entering Vietnam. Depending on Covid-19 situation, quarantine can be lifted. Please check with us at the time you enter Vietnam.
