Businessmen who need business visa to Vietnam can apply online to get it. The procedure is very simple:
Step 1: Apply online to get approval letter
Click here and fill out the application form online. You will be asked your personal information, your trip information, type of visa, email to get the result.
Step 2: Receive an email confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation about your visa order right after you make payment successfully. Please carefully check information in the email.
Step 3: Get the approval letter by email
You will receive the approval letter through email after 2 – 5 working days (depend on type of visa you choose). Please check your information in the approval letter and then print it out.
Step 4: Boarding the airplane and after arrival
You use this approval letter for boarding the airplane by showing it and your passport to airlines staff. After arriving Vietnam airport, you come to “visa on arrival counter” and submit the documents (approval letter, passport, 2 photos 4×6 cm, entry and exit form) to Immigration officers. After checking, they will grant visa to you.
