After that, they will receive the approval letter through email. They should print out a copy of approval letter and use it to travel to Vietnam.
The Letter of Approval is sometimes issued for multiple people at once, so you may see several people listed in the same letter.
3.2/ Receiving Visa At Vietnamese Airport when arriving
After having Letter of Approval, Mongolian nationals can use it to travel to Vietnam. Once landing, Mongolian people have to queue up at the landing visa counters at the airport in Vietnam and apply to get visa stamped on passport. The immigration officer will ask the above documents and then check before granting visa. At the end, Mongolian citizens will get visa at Vietnamese airport with an entry stamp on passport.
