2021 年 11 月 2 日，越南政府發布了由常任副總理範平明簽署的第 8044/VPCP-KGVX 號文件，同意文化體育旅遊部的提議，關於引導國際遊客前往越南的指南。
越南政府剛發布文件，批准試點重新開放旅遊業，以吸引國際遊客來越南。因此，從 2021 年 11 月起，國際遊客可以申請旅遊簽證進入越南，按照越南文化體育旅遊部的具體指示參加旅遊。
越南政府已同意從2021年11月起逐步恢復為旅遊目的進入越南的外國遊客的國際航線。富國（堅江）、芽莊（慶和）、峴港、廣南和廣寧2021 年 11 月起可能歡迎國際遊客。

Vietnamese government has just approved the policy of reopening Vietnam’s tourism industry after nearly 2 years of closure. South Korea is one of the key markets and Vietnamese government decided to re-operate the tourist route from Korea to Vietnam from November 2021.
Vietnamese government has agreed to gradually reopen international routes for foreign tourists to enter Vietnam for tourism purposes from November 2021. Phu Quoc (Kien Giang), Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa), Da Nang, Quang Nam and Quang Ninh will be piloted to welcome international tourists from November 2021.
Vietnamese government has just issued a written approval to pilot the reopening of tourism to attract international tourists back to Vietnam. On November 2, 2021, Vietnamese Government issued Document No. 8044/VPCP-KGVX signed by Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh agreeing with the proposal of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the Temporary Pilot Guide to welcome international tourists to Vietnam.
